1. Who we are

ciply.io is operated by CIPLYIO SRL, a company registered in Romania with the Trade Registry under no. J2026046950008, fiscal code (CUI)55319024, EUID ROONRC.J2026046950008. Paid orders are processed by our merchant of record, Sold through Link, LLC ("Link"), a Stripe company, which appears on your receipt and handles payment, applicable taxes, and refund payments. CIPLYIO SRL remains the seller of your purchase — Link is the merchant of record, not the seller.

2. The products and your access

ciply.io sells digital study materials: web-based practice exams and downloadable study documents (PDF). A purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license for 12 months of access from the date of purchase, including all content updates we publish for that product during the access period.

What happens when the 12 months end: access to the online practice player and to downloads ends. PDF documents you downloaded during your access period are yours to keep — we never take back a file you saved; only the online question bank and the ability to download again are time-limited. You can repurchase at any time to extend access.

Delivery is immediate on payment. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, our merchant of record gives you a 14-day cooling-off period running from the date you receive access to the product, during which you can cancel for any reason — see the Refund Policy for exactly what counts as access, how to use it, and when we refund elsewhere.

3. License and acceptable use

Your license is for your own, personal, non-commercial exam preparation. You may not share your account, redistribute, resell, publish, or upload the materials — including question content, explanations, and PDFs — to any other service or person. That's the whole list; normal studying, note-taking, and printing your own PDFs for yourself are all fine.

Content is individually watermarked. Every copy we deliver — the question bank served to your account and every PDF you download — embeds an identifier linked to the purchasing account. If purchased content appears where it shouldn't, we can trace which copy leaked, and we enforce against redistribution. We tell you this openly because it protects the honest majority: dump sites are the reason certification prep has a bad name, and traceability is how we keep our content off them.

4. What we are not

ciply.io is an independent study resource. We are not affiliated with, authorized, sponsored, or endorsed by Microsoft or any other certification vendor. Exam names and codes are trademarks of their respective owners. Our questions are original — we do not sell, use, or tolerate exam dumps. Using ciply.io does not guarantee that you will pass any exam.

5. Accounts

A free account is required to use the practice player. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for what that removes).

6. Ratings and reviews

Only verified purchasers can rate a product. Before a rating is accepted we check that your account holds a real purchase of it; complimentary and manually granted accounts, including our own, cannot rate. This is how we make sure the ratings on this site mean what they say.

You keep ownership of what you write. By submitting a review you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on ciply.io next to a shortened form of your name (for example "John S."). We read every written review before it is published and may decline to publish one — for example if it is off-topic or abusive, identifies someone else, or claims our questions are the live exam's questions. They are not, and we will not host a claim that they are.

Your star rating counts from the moment you submit it — whether or not you also wrote a review, whether or not that review is still waiting to be read, and whether or not we publish the words. Moderation decides what we print, never what a product scores. We remove a rating entirely only when it is not a genuine buyer's judgment at all — spam, fraud, or abuse — and never because the score is low. You can edit or withdraw your own rating at any time from the results screen after a practice session.

7. Liability

The materials are provided "as is" for exam preparation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. EU consumers retain the protections of their country of residence.
